We ship through Australia Post due to limited availability to other couriers.
All shipping costs are based on Australia Post rates.
Shipping costs are important when shipping such delicate and unique items. It is crucial we pack everything really well and with the utmost care.
All orders receive a tracking number that you can find in your email and use the AusPost tracking site or app to track your package.
Express Shipping- Due to our remote and off the grid location, express post services are limited. Auspost cannot guarantee an express parcel will arrive within the estimated time frame to and from this location, there are no refunds on shipping for delays this will need to be taken up with Auspost.
Shipping Insurance- We now have an option on more fragile or tricky to ship items for you to add shipping insurance. This covers you for damages that occur during transit or if your package is lost. You can contact Auspost if this does happen and follow their prompts to claim back your money.
When we drop your items off to the Post Office for shipping, what happens between us and reaching you is completely out of our control and while we aim for all packages to arrive safely on our end, transit can be rough. We are just as disappointed when something happens to our carefully packed parcels during transit as you are.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if your package does not arrive safely. Our customer service has been praised for our quick responses and ability to help our customers sort out any issues that may occur.

Returns, Refunds and Help
It is important for us that you know that we do want to help!
You won't be turned away or ignored and if we haven't responded to your query within 24-48 hours, then this could be due to a technical error, so don't panic. Living on the west side of Tassie, we are smack bang in the path of the Roaring 40's. This can mean extreme weather such as gales, storms and torrential rain. We often lose our power as well as phone and internet reception and this plays a big part on our access to customers constantly and something that I overlooked when opening my business online.
Everyone should be entitled to a refund if the circumstances are right.
If you receive a broken item and we cannot replace it, don't worry, we are more than happy to reimburse you.
If your item is damaged but it can be fixed and you would like it fixed, let us know and we can issue you a return label, fix your item and return it free of charge.
If you change your mind about an item you have ordered and want to return it, then you must return it at your own cost within 7 days for a full refund once we have received the item in question.
All damaged goods must be notified to us either via the site or on our Facebook page within 7 days of receiving your package to be eligible for a return and refund.
If you are asked to return the item in question, the item must be returned to receive a full refund.
You may be asked for photos as proof of damage, so we can work out the best and quickest plan of action. Refusal to show proof or if the proof shown isn't from our company, your request for a refund could be denied.
