Rattus Rattus The Black Rat | Wet Specimen

Non native black rat specimen in a 65mm glass dome with black base.
Female rat. 
Unfortunately culled due to having a plague of non native rats that have been fighting and attacking my guinea pigs over food. Euthanized by cervical dislocation
Tail tip was damaged in processing. 
Fixation: All specimens are properly preserved using 10% NBF for a minimum of 21 days per 60g of each species. All specimens have been injected into each section of the body to make sure we get all the internal organs as well as the outside. 
Specimens are removed from formalin by soaking in distilled water. 
This specimen is suspended in an ethanol alcohol solution.
