House Sparrow Bones | 20 Tiny Pieces
House sparrows are an invasive pest species throughout Australia. In Tasmania due to not having the Indian Myna, House Sparrow thrive in the 1000s.
They're a sneaky small little bird that is notorious for spreading avian diseases.
Numbers of this bird do need to be controlled but it is deemed somewhat impossible.
These are a tiny bone that ranges from between 5mm-10mm. Perfect for the smallest of crafts.
Keeping it as ethical as possible, bones from this species are selected at random, but you will receive bones from the species stated. Stock will depend on what we have cleaned and available or what animals we currently have access to during that time of year or season.
No animals are harmed for the purpose of collecting their bones. I live on a homestead with poultry and other animals as well as a lot of farming contacts and suppliers. Animals will and do die, but our utmost priority is the health, safety, and welfare of our livestock; the bones are just a byproduct of natural death, illness, or meat.

*Our disclaimer: please remember these are animals, not machines. Bones in packs are selected at random from the species stated in the listing; we cannot provide 100s of the exact same bone. That would require 100 individuals of the stated species. This is not ethical, nor is it sustainable. We are only collecting roadkill, naturally deceased byproducts of small homestead meat animals and animals from local contract shooters. We are not destroying animals for the purpose of taxidermy or bones; we are using byproducts.
