Imported from Italy. 
Porcupine shed quills, this normal, just as any animal sheds hair. 
The seller we purchased them off has told us that no porcupine were harmed and they have only collected these. A lot may have come from other animals such as dogs who chase and try to attack the porcupine. 
Each pack contains 5 quills approximately 16-20cm long.
